The “Transparent” AHU for Students

For 65 years, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences has educated young engineers in the Building Services, Energy and Environmental Engineering Department. On September 21, the department dedicated its new laboratory building; a means of improving the link between theory and practice. Among other devices, a transparent air handling unit provided by ebm-papst and AL-KO THERM is available to the students in the department.

ebm-papst Completes Second Construction Phase

The ebm-papst Group, world market leader for fans and motors (€1.9 billion revenue/14,000 employees) whose headquarters is in Mulfingen, has completed the second construction phase of its production facility (€15 million investment) in the St. Georgen-Hagenmoos commercial zone. After a construction phase of approximately 16 months, the facility was inaugurated as part of two company anniversary celebrations.
